The Retail Services Team helps members address challenges. Team members consult with various departments to properly provide a complete, in-depth store analysis.
Associated Grocers can help increase store efficiency and profitability by:
- Identifying Strengths: characteristics of the business that give it an advantage over others; Weaknesses: characteristics that place the business at a disadvantage relative to others; Opportunities: external chances to improve performance (e.g. make greater profits) in the environment; Threats: external elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the business or project
- Diagnosing the retailer’s needs, then developing and implementing solutions.
- Improving departmental operations and job performance.
- Designing and providing services and programs tailored to the retailer’s own specific objectives; and explaining and helping to incorporate existing programs.
- Identify and evaluate potential new locations.
